It all began in a tiny kitchen in my family’s 100 year old farm house where my mom taught me how to bake delicious cookies and other confections. From that time on I have developed a passion for baking and making everyone’s day better with the help of a little sugar and love.

Flights ‘N’ Bites started when my husband recommended that I turn my hobby into a business while on a road trip to Kansas City. That was the only thing we could think of when we were on our weekend getaway and when we got back, I got busy! I came up with the name while we were on a walk in our neighborhood thinking about the fact that we love flights (beer/cider flights, bacon and pancake flights, etc) and we also love sweet treats…therefore Flights ‘N’ Bites was born!
