Below you will find many of the custom quilts that I have made over the years. All of these patterns can be recreated in the color scheme of your choice. This was a fun pattern to use that looks more complicated than it really is. I used all batik fabrics for this quilt. *Full size Simple Baby Quilt - These fabrics came from the left overs of a quilt that I made for my best friend's wedding gift. This quilt in particular was for their first child. *Baby quilt Modified Log Cabin - My mom and I had fun searching for all these fun prints for this quilt. Doesn't it fit well with her decor?! *Queen size Star in a Star Quilt - This is one of first quilts that I ever made with a more ‘challenging’ pattern. The quilting details include loops, swoops and swirls in the border and sashing and stars in the corner stones. The star in each block has been outlined in a way stitch so as not to take away from the look of the block. *Queen size Basic - This quilt was made for a friend who loved hunting and anything outdoors. The larger blocks worked well for the prints chosen so that you can see what they are. *King size Rail Fence Quilt - Don't you love the fun rainbow batiks chosen for this quilt? The added black really makes the design pop! *Twin size We Three Kings - This was a Christmas quilt that I made for my mom. *Queen size Star - Wow, what a fun learning experience with this quilt. I didn't want to make a whole quilt using this pattern, so this is just a wall hanging. It is quilted using a small stipple stitch inside the diamonds using the same color as diamonds. The corners have a star quilted in them. Custom Quilt - A request from my cousin's son who loves the 49ers. I didn't have much experience doing something like this and looking back I would do it all differently, but it sure turned out cool and made one little boy very happy! *Throw size Sensory Quilt - This was a request from a customer at Sew Creative who came in with these fabrics and didn't know what to do with them nor how. I gladly accepted the challenge and came up with this. Notice the different textured fabrics? *36x24 size Baby Quilt - This was a fun pattern to make. The batik fabrics really work well together. Notice the child's name in the center? There is also embroidery on a few of the blocks. *Crib size Rag quilt - yet another request by a customer at Sew Creative. This is made from three layers of flannel fabrics and sewn together (basically) inside out. As it is used and washed, the edges with fray and become soft. *Throw size Twister Quilt - This pattern is my all time favorite to make. It looks more complicated than it is, but I don't want to give away my secrets :) This was made for my best friend's wedding. See next photo for what I made with the remnants! *Lap size Yet another quilt that I finished for my mom. A fun tree pattern with different colors of green to mix and match so that all the trees were not the same. *Queen size Jellyroll Race Quilt made for my cousin's baby boy. *Crib size Nine Patch Quilt made for my friend's second baby. Alternating nine patch blocks with a full square print makes for a quick, cute quilt. *Crib size Rail Fence Quilt - Don't these colors just shout 'little girl'?! *Twin Size Around the World quit - The little boy that this was made for loves International tractors, so of course his quilt had to be made with those fabrics! *Twin size John Deere quilt made by alternating striped blocks and fussy cutting the tractors out of a piece of fabric. *Twin size
